EXCHANGES & RETURN INFORMATION 

EXCHANGE POLICY

 

We offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure you double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

Reason for Exchange


Once your request is approved, items must be returned 
within 14 days in their original condition and packaging, including the dust bag and tags. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any scent or damage. Please include your proof of purchase inside the package.

All return parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received and signed for at our warehouse. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery method.

 

Once we receive your return, your exchange will be processed as soon as possible.


Please note:
we do not cover return shipping costs at this time.

 

RETURNS POLICY

We do not offer refunds on any purchases. However, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit for future use if suitable.

 

SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

Any product purchased in a sale or promotional period is non-refundable and non-returnable.

We do not accept returns for incorrect sizing on sale items — sizing should be checked before purchasing. In very limited cases, we may allow an exchange subject to validation and stock availability. This is not guaranteed and is assessed case-by-case.

 

Before sending any item back, a return authorisation must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Make sure to include your order number in the email so we can handle it quickly.

Items returned without authorisation

Items not in their original condition

Items without tags or packaging

Items that appear worn, marked, washed, or scented

 

If any of the above conditions are not met, your return will be declined and the item sent back to the original delivery address.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your parcel arrives safely. We cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered returns.
